We aim to please and provide prompt service. Our processing time for all items are 5 to 7 days and does not include weekends

We ship all items via USPS and unfortunately once we have shipped and provided a tracking number. All orders are no longer our responsibility.

However we are here to provide information as needed

If your item is in need of overnight shipping, please contact us ahead of time, so we may accomodate your request.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not provide refunds or exchanges due to health and safety concerns. However if their has been a mistake made on our end in regards to your order. We will gladly fix it!
